Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship only within the Philippines šµš. Delivery is available nationwide via J&T or Lalamove*.
*if customer is within Metro Manila
What should I do if I made a mistake with my order?
If you made a mistake (wrong size, color, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours via Facebook Messenger or Instagram. We'll do our best to assist you with any changes before the order ships!
Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase to ensure it's the correct size and style.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Weāll gladly assist with a return or exchange.
